Route 59 in Nanuet reopened Wednesday morning after a downed utility pole and wires closed the roadway overnight.
The closure affected both directions of Route 59 between Middletown Road and College Avenue.
The state Department of Transportation said crews worked through the night to make emergency repairs.
All lanes reopened by 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.
