STORM WATCH: Chance for scattered thunderstorms for Tuesday in the Hudson Valley

The Hudson Valley could see the possibility of isolated to scattered thunderstorms on Tuesday.

FORECAST
OVERNIGHT: Mostly cloudy, humid, mild with isolated thunderstorms.
TUESDAY - STORM WATCH: More humidity, but surface temperatures will remain the same in the upper 80s, near 90 degrees. The next storm chance could begin around the evening commute on Tuesday with isolated to scattered thunderstorm threats that could produce high wind gusts.
WEDNESDAY: The storm threat will end on Wednesday following the passage of a cold front. It will still be very warm, but less humid.
THURSDAY: There is a chance for a pop-up thunderstorm on Thursday, and it will still be very warm and humid. Temperatures will be around the upper 80s.
REST OF THE WEEK: The Fourth of July on Friday may be the coolest day of the week with the least amount of humidity. The weekend will heat up once more but stay mainly dry for the holiday.
