Spotty shower chances linger into the weekend

As we move into Friday, the threat of spotty showers and storms becomes more widespread in the afternoon hours.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • Passing showers to a few downpours are possible on Friday. But for the first half of the day, it is a mix of sun and clouds with muggy conditions.
  • Saturday starts off with partly cloudy, but we anticipate scattered showers popping up in the afternoon hours. Sunday though, is drier by comparison. The chance for showers is very low to none. But the air will still feel rather muggy sadly.
  • Next week, temperatures will rise up into the upper 80s to low 90s, and feeling a touch warmer when the humidity is factored in. There are also on and off rain chances through the week ahead.
