Police say a Spring Valley man was arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting girl when she was 8 years old.
The victim is now 18 years old, they say she was sexually assaulted multiple times 10 years ago.
Freddy Chicaiza-Quinde, 44, faces multiple charges including, predatory sexual assault against a child and rape.
Chicaiza-Quinde is being held in Rockland County jail.
