A Suffern man has been arrested after police discovered a cellphone in a bathroom of a popular White Plains restaurant that recorded people.

Officers assigned to bar detail arrested the 27-year-old just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday, following an incident inside Brazen Fox on Mamaroneck Avenue.

Police say a person discovered the concealed device inside a unisex bathroom at the restaurant.

The man, who has not been identified, was charged with unlawful surveillance.

Police want to remind people to report any suspicious activity or devices.
