Three people, including two juveniles, have been charged following an alleged gang assault in Fishkill, state police say.

Police responded to a home on July 23 for a reported assault. An investigation found that three people were attending a birthday celebration when a fight broke out.

Police say during the incident, 21-year-old Baboucarr E. Camara and two teenagers assaulted a 20-year-old man, who was seriously injured.

Camara and an 18-year-old were arrested on July 31. Each was charged with gang assault. They were arraigned in court and released. Their next appearance is Sept. 2.

A 17-year-old man was arrested Monday and charged with gang assault. He was arraigned and sent to Woodfield Cottage Juvenile Detention Facility. He was expected to appear in Dutchess County Court Tuesday.
