An Orange County man was convicted of murdering another man 7 years ago.
The Orange County DA says a 42-year-old is responsible for orchestrating the 2019 slaying of a Middletown man who he believed previously burglarized his house.
Prosecutors say Sheldon Paul sent two teens to the man's house, where they fatally shot him.
They say Paul admitted he had been wrong, and that the victim was not involved in the burglary.
Paul will be sentenced in January.
